Cancellation policy
Amount of the lump-sum compensation claim from the travel price in case of cancellation:
- in case of cancellation up to 45 days before the beginning of the rental period: 15 %,
- in case of cancellation 44 days to 33 days before the beginning of the rental period: 30 %,
- in case of cancellation 32 days to 22 days before the beginning of the rental period: 60 %,
- in case of cancellation 21 days to 12 days before the beginning of the rental period: 80 %,
- in case of cancellation 11 days or more before the beginning of the rental period: 90 %.
If you are not allowed to travel because of an accommodation ban, we will refund any (deposit) payments made.

Holiday destination
The farm is located in the holiday area "South East Friesland", which with its varied cities, fishing villages and villages is an insider tip in East Frisia.
Within the South East Friesland lies the recreation area between Leda and Jümme with the state-recognized resort Detern.
The Leda and Jümme rivers are the dominant element here, and the surrounding area is ideal for cyclists as well as for anglers. Detern is surrounded by two of the most interesting and well-known bicycle routes in the north-west, the "German Fehnroute" and the "Friesischer Heerweg", making it the ideal starting point for a successful holiday.
But also historically interested people will get their money's worth, visit the historical "Pünte" (Small hand-operated inland ferry) near Amdorf, old churches or the cozy Old Town of Leer.

By car: Take the A 28 to the Detern / Filsum exit, follow the B72 towards "Friseoythe", exit "Stickhausen", then direction "Detern"
