The Julia holiday house (named after our daughter) has 85 m2, and has enoght space for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms. We placed a great emphasis during construction and decoration that we also feel great here. Accordingly, we have not scrimped in many areas, but made sure you have everything you need. Julia was built in 2017 and has been rented since 15 July 2017. The furnishings and the house itself are new and modern. The garden is nicely laid out. We are located on the side of the built up area and thus have an unobstructed view of field, cows and the dike.

Located in beautiful and contemplative Dorum-Neufeld, the Wadden Sea is only 900 m away. Here there is the Watt'n Bad (seawater wave pool) and a large dog beach and the Overeversand lighthouse. Numerous other attractions and many holiday discounts in the Cuxland holiday park round out the selection. Within walking distance there are some really good restaurants, a small Edeka market and a bakery. So you've always got plenty on hand!
Dorum Neufeld is located right in the middle between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven (about 20 km to each) and right on the North. Take the Neuenwalde exit on the A27 to Dorum, turn right and then it is about 6 km from Dorum. You can also take the train to Dorum and then come to Dorum-Neufeld with the bus or taxi.

You pay 10% of the booking price with your booking. You pay the rest of the amount up to 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel at no cost within 2 weeks of booking. This does not apply if the booking is a last minute (within 4 weeks before arrival). The cancellation must always be made in writing. If the renter cancels the contract or does not use the property, an appropriate fee for the loss of rent must be paid if the property cannot be re-rented or if the rental income is less.
Replacement for loss of rent is:
14 days after booking - 30 days prior to arrival = 25%
29 - 8 days prior to arrival = 60%
7 - 0 days prior to arrival = 100%
If the property can be re-rented, the penalty will be refunded with a processing fee of 49 EUR.
