50% of the rental price is to be paid at the time of booking as a deposit.
The balance of the rental must be paid at the latest four weeks before the start of the rental period.
In case of cancellation by the tenant more than four weeks before the start of the rental period the owner will retain 50% of the total rental price.
In the event of cancellation by the Tenant less than four weeks before the start of the rental period the owner will retain the full rental price.
