Cancellation policy
Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions - Cancellation of Accommodation Contract
Up to three months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be dissolved by either contracting party without the payment of a cancellation fee through a unilateral declaration. The cancellation declaration must be in the hands of the contracting partner no later than three months before the agreed arrival date of the guest.
Up to one month before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be dissolved by either contracting party through a unilateral declaration, however, a cancellation fee amounting to the price of the holiday apartment for three days must be paid. The cancellation declaration must be in the hands of the contracting partner no later than one month before the agreed arrival date of the guest.
The accommodation provider has the right to withdraw from the contract in case the guest does not arrive by 6 p.m. on the agreed arrival day, unless a later arrival time was agreed upon.
If the guest has made a deposit, then the rooms remain reserved until no later than 12 p.m. the following day.
Even if the guest does not make use of the ordered rooms, they are obliged to pay the agreed fee to the accommodation provider. However, the accommodation provider must deduct what they have saved due to non-utilization of their service offer or what they have received through alternative renting of the ordered rooms. It is customary that in most cases the savings of the operation due to non-performance will amount to 20 percent of the room price.
It is the duty of the accommodation provider to make an effort to rent out the rooms that were not used, according to the circumstances (§ 1107 ABGB). The cancellation conditions mentioned in points 1, 2, and 5 are a non-binding association recommendation within the meaning of §§ 31ff of the Cartel Act, which was reported to the OLG Vienna as a cartel court under 26 Kt 79/03.

Holiday destination
Our farm is located at an altitude of 800 meters with a view of the Attersee and the Höllengebirge. Lichtenbuch is a small village with rural traditions. Many magical attractions can be found nearby, such as the Mondsee (Basilica), St. Wolfgang (Schafbergbahn), Bad Ischl (Emperor's Villa, thermal baths, etc.), Hallstatt (salt mine),... It's a half-hour drive to Salzburg (motorway). Hiking on the various mountains offers breathtaking views across the expanse of the Salzkammergut.
Getting there
Take the exit for Oberwang from the Westautobahn A1 coming from Salzburg. Continue towards Radau. After about 2 kilometers, turn left. There you will see a road sign "Lichtenbuch". Another 2 km and you will be right in front of our house.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Sperr's sind eine sehr nette Familie. Morgens gab es frische Eier und Milch vom Hof. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber.
Mit dem Auto braucht man 5 Min. zum See, an dem man herrlich Baden kann.
Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!

Sehr zu empfehlen. Freundliche Menschen, entspannte Atmosphäre und die Möglichkeit, frische Eier und Milch zu erwerben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geht absolut in Ordnung.
