Host's notes
Cancellation policy
If you should not be able to arrive, please let me know as soon as possible in writing (by e-mail is good). In addition to the legal regulations, the pure rental costs must be paid if you cannot find a replacement guest (Civil Code paragraph 537). As soon as I receive our cancellation, I will try to rent the property again and possibly create a Last Minute offer. You are welcome to find replacement guests yourself.
I will refund the proceeds from the new rental, minus a fee (depending on expenses) up to 50 euros. Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival will be refunded up to 100%. If no replacement guests can be found, I will refund the costs of cleaning, linens, tourist taxes and a 5% flat fee of the rent for saved expenses. No-shows and early departures will be handled accordingly.

Getting there
Please use our detailed information on the homepage for directions by car or by train.
Really, arrival by car via the Baltic Sea motorway and Stralsund is just as easy as by train, because Binz has its own long-haul railway station (including ICE connection). By air to Rostock-Laage, and from there with the shuttle bus (on certain days) further on to Binz.

Die Wohnung ist super. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere beiden Kinder (8 und 12) waren ebenfalls von der Wohnung und der ganzen (technischen) Ausstattung begeistert.
Uns fehlte es an nichts, vielen Dank!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Sie ist gemütlich und zugleich super modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick vom Essbereich auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war top. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
