Cancellation policy

a. Every cancellation must first be communicated to SSH by phone and subsequently in writing. b. Points 7c-d-e-f apply in the event of cancellation without SSH's offered cancellation fund, or in case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival. c. In the event of a cancellation after 8 days and up to 3 months before the rental start date, 15% of the basic rent will be charged. d. 50% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the rental start date. e. 75% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the rental start date. f. 100% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the rental start date or if the rental period has already begun. g. In the event of a cancellation, you will be charged a mediation fee and the associated cancellation costs of â‚¬28.

The property of this very well-maintained estate borders directly on the forest with paths to the dunes and the beach. Although this special farmstead is almost hidden in the greenery, the inhabited world is very close by.

Getting there

From the Heerlen border crossing, follow the N281 towards Antwerp. Via the E314 and E313, you will reach the Antwerp Ring, where you follow the signs to Bergen op Zoom. Just after the border, then follow the signs to Vlissingen (A58). From the direction of Rotterdam, follow the A16 to the Klaverpolder junction, then the A17 to the de Poel junction, then the A58 to Vlissingen. From the Venlo border crossing, drive towards Eindhoven, from Eindhoven take the A58 towards Vlissingen. Before Middelburg, follow the N57 towards Domburg and the signs to Oostkapelle.
