In the event of a rental withdrawal from the agreed rental contract, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the tenant - unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement:

• "No Show" or rental termination during the agreed rental period: 100% of the pure rental price

Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten mit Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Der Essbereich draußen und die Korbsessel zum relaxen haben wir mit Freude täglich benutzt.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll ausgestattet, auch hier kann man sich richtig wohlfühlen.
Nur die Ausstattung der Küche lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig.
