Above Makarska, in the quiet old village of Matici, detached houses are located on 2 floors, only 3.5 km from the center Makarska and located in a sunny location, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach surrounded by greenery.
Getting there
To get to Makarska, you must turn left to Veliko Brdo and then drive 2 km to a church, then turn left, direction Matici and drive to the end of the road.

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage, hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer, auf mehrere Inseln und auf das Gebirge. Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und schnell. Die Zimmer, die Ausstattung und der beheizbare Pool waren ein Traum. Der Garten mit den Steintischen und Bänken mit Palmen, Oleander und anderen Pflanzen war auch wunderschön. Wenn man Ruhe mag ist es perfekt. Zum Strand, Einkaufen oder in den Ort Markaska war es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Bei Problemchen oder wenn man was wissen wollte -Berina war immer per SMS erreichbar und alles wurde schnell erledigt! Danke Frau Anna für ihr tolles Haus und die netten Gespräche! Was uns gefallen hatte waren die sehr freundlichen Vermieter.Die Einfahrt geht steil bergab und man sollte gute Bremsen haben.Das Haus ist schön,es war sauber und der Ausblick war toll.Was störte war der nicht direkte Zugang vom Haus zum Pool,man muss mit den Sachen komplett einmal ums Haus gehen um den Pool zu erreichen. Dieser war sehr sauber. Zu Beginn gab es einige Probleme, der Herd und TV ging nicht,in der Küche war ein unangenehmer Geruch das Internet hatte immer wieder Aussetzer.Die Vermieter haben alles versucht um die Probleme zu beseitigen.Leider konnten wir nicht einen Abend auf der Terrasse genießen, weil die Wespen es unmöglich machten.Wir haben trotzdem das Beste draus gemacht und schöne Stunden am Pool verbracht.Der Preis war aus unserer Sicht und den Erwartungen an das Haus etwas zu hoch.
