In July 2023, this holiday apartment was freshly renovated and newly furnished. You'll appreciate the comfort and attention to detail. An apartment to feel good and relax in.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) in a small apartment building in the center of Groet. From the living room, you look out over the center. The location is fantastic, only about 2000 meters from the beautiful Camperduin beach. Behind the building is the nature reserve. There are beautiful cycling and walking paths through the forest and to the dunes leading to the beach.
Layout: Bright living room with comfortable seating and TV. Fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.), modern bathroom with double shower. Hallway and separate toilet. 1 bedroom with a double bed, blackout curtains, and wardrobe, and a small bedroom with a single bed (90x200) and closet space. Both bedrooms have their own access as well as access to the bathroom.
Beside the building, there is a seating area for you, a table with 2 comfortable chairs - see also photo.
1 parking space belongs to the apartment. There is also free parking available on the street. A covered area for bicycles for general use is available.
The apartment is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. Pets upon request.

Nearby, you can rent bicycles at "Masteling Tweewielers" to better explore the region. Each season has its own charm. Groet and its surroundings offer a lot. Beach, hiking, cycling, mountain bike routes. Attractive excursion destinations like Den Helder and Texel or the artists' village of Bergen are in close proximity. Likewise, the beautiful city of Alkmaar with its charming old town and canals. Each season has its own charm. Groet and its surroundings offer a lot. Beach, hiking, cycling, mountain bike routes.
Parking at the beach is available at the large parking lot for €6 per day. A fantastic mountain bike course is also just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. In July/August, there is a weekly open-air market with live music. Just around the corner, there is a bicycle rental shop (including e-bikes), a bakery, supermarket, terraces, and various good restaurants.
