    Cancellation policy
    To make your journey as stress-free as possible, we offer on arrival either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. So you will not experience long traffic jams if you do not choose Saturday. Our house is located next to the ski bus stop and in another 5 minutes you reach the ski lift - Horbergbahn. You can also find the Zillertalbahn on the doorstep, which allows you to reach other ski areas. Give up the car, due to our excellent location. Enjoy a tea and coffee selection in our apartments, which we gladly provide free of charge. Early check-in is possible if cleaning is done early. Late check-out can be provided upon request. (Depending on the occupancy)

    Holiday destination
    In winter we are the Destination for all skifans. Only in 2 minutes you can reach the skibusstop or the Train into other skiresorts. For Special weeks you can have reduced Skipasses from the skilifts. In summer hiking, climbing, cycling is the most popular adventure for guests. Walking pathes begin next to the house.
    Getting there
    Arriving the exit of the motorway A 12, please leave it at exit Zillertal – Wiesing and drive directly straight ahead through the Brettfalltunnel. Now you are in Zillervalley “Zillertal” on street named “B 169”. On this road please follow about 20 kilometers always straight ahead until you will reach the centre of Ramsau. After the traffic light, about 500 meters straight you meet a roundabout (rotary). Please choose now the 3rd exit and turn left. After 300 meters you will see on your right our green house “Apart Heim”. You are welcome!

    Vom ersten Tag an wohl gefühlt..geschlafen wie die Murmeltiere! Auch wenn wir uns aufgrund unserer ausgiebigen Wanderungen nicht oft gesehen haben, es passte alles! Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, ruhig trotz naher Anbindung zur Hauptstraße. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Liebe Fam. Heim, liebe Nicola..wir kommen irgendwann zurück! Bis dahin bleiben sie gesund! Wir versuchen es auch! Gruß an die Berge! J. und K . Becker

    Ein erfrischendes -- HALLO u. DANKE -- zu unseren sehr aufmerksamen Gastgebern , der Fam. Heim in Ramsau !! Schon der angenehme Email- Kontakt ließ uns vorab gespannt sein auf eine erste Begegnung. Diese war dann sehr zugewand, aufmerksam und in einer besonderen Art angenehm. So erhielten wir, entsprechend unserer Konstitution, reelle Auskünfte zu machbaren Wander- u. Ausflugszielen !! Das hat uns schwer beeindruckt. Doch auch die Ferienwohnung ist sehr praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr, sehr sauber und ordentlich ... Das neu eingerichtete Schlafzimmer aus Zirbenholz trug maßgeblich zur aktiven Erholung bei . Verkehrsanbindungen ,Balkonausblicke und eine besondere Wandererlebniswelt trugen auch zu dem von uns erlebten neuen Wanderevent absolut bei. Wir kommen wieder !!
