Holiday destination
The maison Marianne is located at the end of a narrow, quiet cul-de-sac, where you can also park your car. You can walk to the square with bakery, epicerie, post office and tobacco, as well as to the vineyards or the river in 2 minutes. The nearby motorway takes you to the sea in 30 minutes and you are still in the middle of the rugged corbieres with its waterfalls that invite you to swim, majestic chateaus, mysterious grottos and wild gorges. Even Spain is within easy reach.
Getting there
Toulouse, Carcassonne, Beziers or Montpellier can be reached quickly by air from northern Europe. The TGV (ICE) also stops in Narbonne. We can pick you up from the train station in Lezignan, but a car (or bicycle) is necessary in this rural area.

Die Ferienwohnung Marianne hat uns im letzten Jahr so gut gefallen, dass wir dieses Jahr wieder gekommen sind. Das liebevoll restaurierte Haus in der Nähe der Ortsmitte ist gut ausgestattet. In der Küche kann man sehr gut selbst kochen. Es gibt einen wunderbaren Innenhof, in dem man sich gerne aufhält. In wenigen Metern zu Fuss erreicht man Bäcker, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Zeitungskiosk und Postfiliale. Auch eine empfehlenswerte Tapasbar/Grillrestaurant ist um die Ecke. Wer sich sportlich betätigen will, kann sich im Fitness-Studio nebenan anmelden. Ein großes Plus sind die sympathischen Vermieter: Sie waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns mit wertvollen Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Veranstaltungen versorgt. Wir haben vor, im nächsten Jahr wieder hinzufahren. Es gibt noch so viel zu entdecken!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus verlebt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, besonders der als Terrasse fungierende Innenhof war herrlich und wurde von uns viel genutzt. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und gleichzeitig zentral inmitten eines typisch französischen, alten Ortes, der ein guter Augangspunkt ist für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung mit all ihren vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und mittelalterlichen Städten. Auch Ausflüge ans Mittelmeer und nach Spanien waren problemlos von dort aus möglich. Bei Problemen standen die Vermitter sofort und unterstützend zur Seite, von Ihnen erhielten wir auch den ein oder anderen Geheimtipp, danke an dieser Stelle noch einmal für die Empfehlung der herrlichen Badestelle im naheliegenden Fluss mit den Naturbecken.
