Payment of 30% is due within 3 days after booking confirmation to the account listed.
Cancellation fees:
Low and mid-season: 3 weeks before arrival, 100% of the deposit is charged
Then the entire deposit is kept.
High season: onlly possible against 100% of the total price
Any exceptions/special arrangements can be discussed personally
The required residual payment must be transferred to the count up to 3 days before arrival, or also in cash upon arrival.

Our home mountain, the Elfer, is a 5 minute walk away and has a great panorama, even for non-skiiers. It has a massive sundial and a great toboggan run. The popular ice rink is within viewing distance of the doorstep and there is Bavarian curling and an ice disco.
Car-free walks along our stream the "Ruetz" and through relaxing forests.
Or visit our beautiful regional capital, Innsbruck, with many museums, theatres, shopping streets, and the old town with the famous golden roof. Ambras Castle is perfect for a stroll through the historic gardens and the castle museum.
Both can be reached by an adventure ride with our Stubaital gondola from Fulpmes.

Getting there
From Germany towards Innsbruck, on the A13 towards Brenner and take the Stubaital exit
Take the federal road to the village of Neustift-Dorf/large church is visible
At the entrance to the village, take the first street on the left on the the Schulweg, follow the street to the first left handed curve, 2nd house on the left "Haus Salzburger".

Die Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Wir 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden.
2 Toiletten, dadurch keine Engpässe. Doppelwaschbecken
im Bad und zusätzlich noch ein großzügiges Waschbecken in einem Schlafzimmer, auch dadurch keine Engpässe Morgens wenn die Zeit knapp ist, weil man Skifahren möchte.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Alle Elektrogeräte vorhanden von Spülmaschiene über Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle bis zum Wasserkocher ist alles da.
Nicht zu vergessen die sehr nette Vermieterin.
