Host's notes
Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel the rental contract in writing or provide a substitute renter. In this case, we charge damages as a replacement for expenses, prepayments and the lost profit.
If the renter does not arrive without prior cancellation, the entire rental price must be paid for the agreed upon rental period
if the holiday house cannot be rented again at the same price. This does not apply if there is culpable omission of placement. The landlord is not obligated to try to re-rent the property if and as long as the renter does not declare that they are not arriving.

Holiday destination
Our holiday home is located in Leinsweiler, a small picturesque wine growing village right on the southern winer route, right on the Palatinate forest.
In the village and the immediate vicinity there are numerous wine taverns and pubs with regional and supra-regional delicacies.
In this lovely environment of the sunny southern Palatinate, seekers of peace and quiet, hikers, wine lovers, climbers and mountain bikers will find just what they are looking for.
The southern Palatinate also has plenty of culture to offer, such as Landau, Speyer, Neustadt etc.

Gleich bei der Ankunft ist uns klar: das muss ein schöner Urlaub werden. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet, liegt ruhig am Ende der Straße, hat einen tollen Blick von der großen Terrasse aus ins satte Pfälzer Grün. Manchmal laufen wie bestellt zwei Rehe durchs Idyll, lassen sich nicht stören und fressen sich durch den Garten.
Sehr entspannt das alles. Einen Ofen gibt es auch. Mit ein wenig Fantasie könnte man sich auch eine Urlaubswoche im Dezember vorstellen. Die Küche ist funktional. Auch hier: alles da, was man braucht - und was man nicht unbedingt erwartet hätte: einen Kaffee-Vollautomaten zum Beispiel . Kurzum: hier wird keine Ferien-Immobilie vermietet, sondern ein Ferienhaus von einem sehr netten Vermieter, der jeden Gast persönlich empfängt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage und das naturbelassene Grundstück sind wunderschön. Die Umgebung von Leinsweiler ist vielseitig nutzbar.
