Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price. In the event of a no-show by the guest or early departure, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.

The Mittermoarhof is ideally situated, blending the tranquility of the countryside with the excitement of the city. It is quietly located in the picturesque village of Albeins, near the episcopal town of Brixen. Many attractions such as the Dolomites, the city of Brixen, or the Villnöss Valley are easily and quickly accessible. The Eisack Valley bike path is just 800 meters away. Our local mountain Plose offers fascinating hiking paths and mountain bike trails. In winter, Plose is the number one family skiing and tobogganing area.
Getting there
If you are coming from the north, take the first motorway exit after passing Brixen. From the south, take the Klausen/Gröden motorway exit and then head towards Albeins. In the village, turn right before the small parking lot next to the fire station, cross a bridge, and continue straight for about 200 meters. Then turn left again (please pay attention to the signpost), and you will arrive at Mittermoarhof in Albeins/Brixen. Then your vacation can begin.

Alles in allem eine top Unterkunft. Sauber, modern und super Lage. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt, was wohl auch an den absolut netten Vermietern liegt. Sie standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und erkundigten sich immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden. Toller Standort um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Brixen und Plose sind sehr zu empfehlen, genauso wie die Pizzeria Hofkeller; tolles Essen. Kann man nur weiter empfhelen. Vielen Dank.
