Peace, relaxation, family-friendliness, mushroom picking, sunbathing, quiet yet central location in the middle of the Ötztal.
Holiday destination
We are located in the center of Umhausen and in the heart of the Ötztal valley. From the house, you can reach restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery within a few minutes' walk.
In winter, the ski resorts of Sölden, Hochoetz-Küthai, and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl are easily accessible by car or ski bus. You can start winter hiking and cross-country skiing right from the house.
In the summer, you can start your hikes directly from the house, and the Umhausen swimming lake, as well as the Ötzi Village and the Stuibenfall waterfall, are in the immediate vicinity. Summer Card included.
Getting there
Take the Ötztal federal road B 186 to Umhausen / turn at the 2nd entrance at the Kapferer car dealership / turn towards Tauferpuit / the house with the coat of arms of the Tyrolean eagle, on the left side at the end of the street.

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus Tirol gewohnt. Wir hatten das Appartment Hildegard, welches sehr viel Platz bietet. Alles ist schön und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Familie Waldhart hat uns herzlich aufgenommen und stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch dank der ÖtztalCard viele Möglichkeiten, sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Den Kindern hat es ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder. Lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit!
