The villa is spread onto 2 floors, which both have access to the garden.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen that leads to the porch, the dining room and the living room with fireplace and sofas. On the same floor, there is a toilette and a double bedroom with en suite shower. On the first floor, 3 more double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower and bath.
Under the porch, you can find table and chairs to eat outside and a nice outdoor sofa. The infinity pool with descending steps is furnished with sunbeds and overlooks a breath-taking view over the rolling hills dotted with houses.

Col di Luce is about 7 km away from Pergola: here you will find shops, restaurants and cafés where to have breakfast. There are also many beautiful villages in the area, from Frontone with its castle to Cagli, with its historic center, which is worth paying a visit to.
If you want to leave the tranquility of the house for a dip in the pleasant bustle of the coast, the Adriatic Sea is 40 km away, with both free and equipped beaches and excellent fresh fish restaurants.
From the motorway A14, from both directions North and South, take the exit at Fano.
Then take the motorway towards Rome SS73bis up to Fossombrone Est. Exit and turn right towards Pergola . Cross Ghiraldino and continue on SP40. Close by Isola di Fano turn left on SP49. After about 12 km turn right on SP424 towards Osteria del Piano until you reach Via Montaiate where Col di Luce is located.

• 30% of the total price of booking up to 45 days before the departure;
• 60% of the total price of booking from 44 to 30 days before the departure;
• 80% of the total price of booking from 29 to 15 days before the departure;
• After this deadline, the penalty will be equal to the entire value of the holiday rental.
During high season we accept only bookings from Saturdays to Saturdays.
