Cancellation policy
In case of timely cancellation, the amount will be refunded after deduction of expenses. We charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees:
- for cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip: 25% of the rental price
- for cancellation from the 29th day to the 10th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- for cancellation from the 9th day to the 0th day before the start of the trip and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price
Cancellation costs €50.00 and rebooking €25.00

Holiday destination
As mentioned, Julianadorp is located in the north of the North Holland province, where - statistically speaking - the most hours of sunshine are recorded in the Netherlands. The village is situated about 8 kilometers south of the small city of Den Helder, from where the ferry departs to the beautiful Wadden Island of Texel.
30 kilometers to the south is the historic city of Alkmaar, known for its famous cheese market. In the city, you will also find many interesting shopping streets.
In the summer, the beach "Paal 5" offers its guests a modern beach pavilion with a lifeguard. The beach and the sea have been awarded a certificate for being a very beautiful and clean beach.
Chalet Wendy enjoys an exclusive location amidst tulip fields and with a magnificent view of the dunes!

Vorweg muss ich sagen dass die Inhaber des Chalets wirklich nett und bemüht waren. Es war wirklich alles aufs wesentliche reduziert. Betten bequem.Als wir abends auf den leicht maroden Gartenmöbeln draußen saßen wurden wir bedauerlicherweise vom Rasensprenger des Bauern der angrenzenden Felder abgetroffen. Und das war keine kleine Dusche. Für den Preis kann man aber wirklich nicht meckern. Mir persönlich ist es etwas zu weit abgelegen,gerade mit Kind.Dennoch fürs schmalere Budget auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
