Located near the village centre and at the same time quiet and in a natural setting, the flat offers a magnificent view of the local mountain with the opportunity to spend idyllic hours on the terrace and in the garden. The adjacent meadow and the partially wooded mountain 'Herrnberg' across from the house are a green oasis during the summer months. In the winter you can expect a true Alpine atmosphere with sledging and skiing down the slope, including a small ski lift.
Description of the flat:
The 92m² large flat extends over two floors (ground floor and basement) of a house located at the edge of a meadow near the town centre with a view of the Herrnberg and a former farmstead. It has a separate entrance, private parking and a covered, lockable storage facility for bicycles, stroller, skis, etc. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook a meal or two instead of just making coffee during your holiday.
For longer stays or if you prefer to travel with little luggage, you are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the separate utility room.
In addition to the big beds, the pull-out sofa in the living room (with integrated mattress) can accommodate two more guests if necessary. (can be booked for a maximum of 6 guests)
A booking for 2 people includes the use of the entire ground floor and the utility room. The basement is at your disposal if you book a stay for more than 2 people.

Prien am Chiemsee is considered the "capital" of the Chiemsee region and a perfect combination of rural idyll and excellent infrastructure as well as traffic connections to Munich and Salzburg - whether you travel via the autobahn or by train. Prien's train station with IC connections can be easily reached on foot.
The Chiemsee, harbour, lidos and promenade can be reached by bike and are within easy walking distance via the lookout point on the Herrnberg mountain. Avid cyclists will find lots of different bike paths leading in all directions, like around the lake, for example.
And if you prefer to stay in the vicinity: Prien's town centre is practically on your doorstep and getting to the nice cafes, good restaurants with Italian, Spanish and Bavarian cuisine, bars, bakeries, delicatessen and health food stores or supermarkets takes no time at all.
Coming from the A8 (Munich - Salzburg), take the exit Bernau am Chiemsee and continue towards Prien am Chiemsee. After about 4 km you will reach a roundabout; take the 2nd exit towards the town centre. Make a right at next main intersection (the fire department is on the left-hand side). After about 1 km, make a right onto the next street. Once you've passed the railway underpass, turn left and after approx. 400m, make a right onto the 3rd street. Follow the street (Eglwies) for 150m, then you'll see our apartment on right-hand side - the last house (before the beginning of the private path). Have a safe trip :-)
