The villa is only a short distance from the bay of Goulven and the beautiful sandy beaches and huge dunes of Keremma.
Holiday destination
This beautiful typical Breton vacation home with the best sea view in the region is situated in a very quiet location not far from the sea, in a green area, in a beautiful natural landscape, in the municipality of Goulven in Finistère. The bay of Goulven lies at your feet and promises a breathtaking sea view, at high tide and sun with a huge turquoise sea area directly in your view.
Those who enjoy wellness will reach the luxurious wellness area of the nearby hotel " La Butte" after about 2 km. This wellness area is against payment and also opened for guests from outside the hotel.
The sea and the bay of Goulven can be reached by foot in about 500m.
The impressive dunes of Keremma are reached very quickly from the vacation home (approx. 1 km away). Just behind the house there is a beautiful beach of fine sand, which is certainly one of the most beautiful in the north of Finistère. Not seldom you will experience turquoise, clear water. Also the sunsets are breathtakingly beautiful and colorful!
When the water is rising and the wind is blowing, you often see kite and wind surfers. If you don't surf yourself, you should give this impressive sport an eye.
Our house is situated in the climatically unique, Breton Finistère, on a small hill directly at the bay of Goulven. Even on foot you can reach a restaurant and a nice crèperie both about 500m from the house.
The port city of Brest is easily reached by car and is about 30 km away in south-west direction from ' COZ CASTEL'.
The port city of Brest offers not only shopping facilities and restaurants, but also the famous 'Oceanopolis' (the aquarium adventure park), which is located next to the marina and which you should definitely visit.
In addition to Brest, the ferry town of Roscoff with its old British granite houses promises to be a great place to visit. Here the big ferries start and land (through the English Channel) to nearby England or even to Ireland. Roscoff is located about 35 km east of Plouider. If you don't want to book a crossing to England right away, visit the 'Ile de Batz', the boats are always running.
In the near surroundings there are some small towns like Plouescat, Lannilis or Lesneven. Visit the weekly markets there!
The location in Finistère is a guarantee for fresh fish and wonderful seafood. Only a few kilometers away, the famous oysters of the 'Aber Wrac`h' and 'Aber Benoit' are cultivated; some claim the best oysters in Finistère.
Whatever the means of transport, neither the international airport, the TGV train station nor the highway are more than 30 km away.
Getting there
The region is very well accessible by car, train -TGV, flight.
Your vacation destination is located in the north of the Finistères about 30 km northeast of Brest.
The house can always be occupied on the day of arrival from 4 pm - departure should be before 10 am.
You will receive detailed directions and a contact telephone number where you can call on the day of arrival.

Host informationWe love Brittany, especially the beautiful, large bay of Goulven and the imposing dunes and beautiful sandy beaches of Keremma, just a short distance away. We are happy to answer your questions. If there are any questions on the spot, you can always reach us, and you are welcome to tell us all your concerns in German (or in English or French).
Because we feel so comfortable in this wonderful place, we have our own vacation homes in the region. However, as an agency and concierge service we also take care of beautiful houses of other owners, this is the case with the villa "Coz Castel". So if a house should ever be fully booked, we can certainly offer you a great alternative.
We know the corner really well but such an impressive sea view - we have rarely seen it at a vacation home before - we are still overwhelmed by it.

Wir, fünf Personen und zwei Hunde, haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Lage des Hauses sind super, 10 Minuten bis zum Wasser. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Minuten Autofahrt vorhanden. Die Tips von Hr. Weber waren sehr hilfreich und er stand immer für Rückfragen zu verfügung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
