Cancellation policy
Cancellation and travel interruption
The traveller can withdraw from the trip at any time before the start of travel.
The cancellation is effective on the day it is sent to us in writing.
If the client withdraws from the travel contract or if he or a participant does not show up, compensation for the afflicted travel arrangements and its expenses will be charged.
Ratio to travel price as follows:
- up to 61 days prior to departure 20% of the rental price
- 35 to 60 days prior to departure 50% of the rental price
- 34 to 10 days prior to departure 80% of the rental price
- for cancellations any later or for no-shows 100% of the rental price
At the same time we endeavour as lessors to otherwise let the rental property.

Holiday destination
Croatia, Istria, Kaštelir in Poreč (6km). For your terrace you have a view of the landscape with olive trees and holm oaks and can enjoy the view of the sea. The modern villa is located in a quiet and sunny location in a residential area. The tranquil health spa Kaštelir with approx. 1000 inhabitants is located in the hilly hinterland of Poreč and Novigrad. The rock-gravel beach is just 8 kilometres away. Quiet and a little outside of but still near the large tourism centres, located between wineries, you can enjoy the quiet and idyll here.
Within walking distance there is a well-organised supermarket (200m), a post office, butcher's shop, restaurants (starting 150m away), cafes, pizzeria, tennis court and football pitch. The nearest train station as well as a disco is in Poreč. Kaštelir is a good starting point for hiking and cycling tours in the hinterland and to coastal cities.
There are several wineries and numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The property has 2 parking spaces and is accessible via an asphalted side road.
Getting there
You will receive the exact directions with the travel contract.
1 x per week bed linen and towel change as well as cleaning of the floors and bathrooms.
Please bring towels for the beach or pool with you.
Your point of contact on site speaks German, Croatian and Italian.
Please note that the swimming pool is open from 30/4 to 2/10.
Cot and high chair can be booked free of charge upon request.
During the high season we only rent whole weeks (Saturday - Saturday).

Vielen lieben Dank für die herzliche Kommunikation, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt, trotz später Anreise per Flug. Das Haus war blitzsauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Die bequemen Betten, Moskitonetze und Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum sorgten für erholsame Nächte. Am nächsten Morgen waren wir begeistert vom wunderschönen Garten mit Olivenbäumen, Oleander und dem gepflegten, sichtgeschützten Pool. Es gab ausreichend Schattenplätze und Liegen für Jedermann. Alles war top gepflegt, sogar ein kostenloser Reinigungsservice, Waschmaschine und Staubsauger standen zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen: es war an alles gedacht!
Danke, liebe Deffners, dass wir unseren Urlaub hier verbringen durften, auch fürs leckere Olivenöl.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Ferienhaus Maya und wir haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns gut erholt.
