La Campagnola is the classic example of an ancient Tuscan farmhouse, completely restored preserving the architectural features of the past, such as the stone facade, terracotta floors and wooden beamed ceilings.
The large, rustic farmhouse is divided into 2 spacious apartments with a connecting door.
The farmhouse has a large, fenced-in garden (approx. 3000 m²) in which there is a pool with parasols and sun loungers. There are also tables and chairs for al fresco dining, BBQ grills and a children's play area.
A washing machine is available to guests in a wooden house outside the house.
On the ground floor of the courtyard we have a new large bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed for families up to 15 people.

Quiet location, only 2 km from the village of Montescudiao where you could find small shops and some good restaurants.
Very good location for reaching the beach and for visiting all the interesting touristic places of Tuscany.
We have here more than 20 km of sandy beaches you can reach each day a new one.
During your stay in the villa we can organize dinners with Tuscan cuisine, birthday parties, cooking classes for adults and children, pizza parties with our chef.
Holiday destination
The sandy beaches of the Etruscan Coast, especially those of the Cecina Mare locality, are just a 10 minute drive.
The position is strategic because all of Tuscany’s most beautiful localities are within easy reach. The Pisa Airport is very accessible, about thirty minutes by car. Florence and Siena are about an hour away by car, while Volterra and San Gimignano can be reached in half an hour. There are also several small ancient burgs and villages nearby that are definitely worth a visit. Bolgheri first of all: one approaches this ancient town along a magnificent avenue flanked exclusively by cypress trees, the only one of its kind in Europe. Bolgheri has become world-renowned as the place where Sassicaia wine is produced. The production of wine and olive oil is the main activity in the area.
