Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code –
however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions.
— In the event of late arrival or early departure as well as short-term
cancellation, the amount for the entire booked period will be charged.
Should the apartment or holiday flat be re-let, the deposit will be credited
towards a future holiday.
— We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Included with the SüdtirolPass, which allows guests to use all public transportation in South Tyrol for free, such as the train to the Vinschgau, to Bolzano, Brixen, etc., and of course all public buses in South Tyrol.
Additionally, the MeranCard provides free travel on public cable cars in South Tyrol, such as the cable cars to Vöran, Mölten, Jenesien, and Ritten. Private cable cars are not accessible with the SüdtirolPass.
The SüdtirolPass also includes one free admission to about 80 museums throughout South Tyrol, such as entry to the Landesmuseum Schloss Tirol, entry to the Messner Mountain Museum Firmian and Juval, entry to the Archaeology Museum "Ötzi" in Bolzano, and much more.
Holiday destination
The most beautiful hiking destinations start right at the house. Just a few minutes to the valley station of the Muter cable car, which takes you to the high alpine region of the Texel Group Nature Park.
Getting there
If you're coming via the Timmelsjoch or the Jaufenpass:
Drive down the valley towards Meran. After passing through the towns of St. Martin - Saltaus - Riffian - Kuens, you will come to Dorf Tirol. To make it easier for you, drive up to the large stone at the beginning of the village. On the right is the turn-off to Dorf Tirol.
If you're coming via the Brenner Pass on the motorway towards Bolzano. Take the Bolzano Sud exit. Immediately after, the MEBO expressway begins, where you must take the Meran Süd exit. Then follow the signs for Passeiertal. Leave the city of Meran behind you. (+)
If you're coming via the Reschen Pass:
Drive towards Meran, past Naturns, Töll, and at the Meran Mitte exit, in the town of Marling, exit. Follow the signs for Jaufenpass or Passeiertal.
(+)After the bridge, the Jaufenbrücke, turn left into Dorf Tirol.
At the beginning of the village, there is a large stone with the inscription Dorf Tirol.
At the Restaurant Seilbahn, take the third entrance on the left.
