The building is set in a quiet residential area surrounded by countryside. Cape Arkona is only 6 km away. The Baltic Sea (with a beautiful beach) can be reached in just a few minutes. The area between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea offers well-developed cycle paths and countless ways to enjoy nature. Dranske, Wiek, and Altenkirchen are the nearest towns and provide a range of amenities including supermarkets, drinks shops, sights, and doctors' offices. A bus stop is just a five-minute walk away.
