Payment: 50% within 2 weeks after reservation, remaining 8 weeks before arrival. For cancellation of the confirmed booking, the following percentages apply: 1. Cancellation up to the 8 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rent. 2. Cancellation within 8 weeks before arrival, the full rent. 3. On early termination of the stay, the full rent.

There are 3 levels, with at the lowest level the pool house with outdoor kitchen and pool with sun loungers and lounge sets to relax and enjoy the sun, pool and sea-view.
Holiday destination
Les Issambres with its charming restaurants and beach bars is located between Frejus and Ste. Maxime. Also near the harbor where you can go with the ‘bateau vert", a bus-boat to St. Tropez by sea!.
The bakery and other shops for daily needs are within walking distance. Outside the villa are several terraces with seating and sun loungers and a outdoor kitchen with barbecue area. Not to forget the indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna with terrace & great view at the Mediterranean.
Getting there
In the high season you can only reserve this accommodation with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on Saturday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.
