The house is located at the edge of the centre of the village of the small fishing village of Wieck on the Bodstedt marshes. The salt marsh meadow is about 100 m away.
There are four restaurants and localities of the Hotel Haferland, the port with beach and children's playground all within a radius of 300 m.
The holiday home can be easily reached by train, car, or Flixbus.
It is 57 km to Rostock main station and 45 km to Ribnitz-Damgarten station.
It is about 50 km by car to Stralsund, and the journey time is 50 minutes.

Cancellation
If you have to cancel a trip you have already booked, this must be done in writing – also in your own interest.
Depending on the date of receipt of your cancellation before the start of the rental period, the following costs will be charged:
In the event of cancellation
- From booking up to 45 days before arrival: 10 %
- up to 21 days: 50%
- up to 5 days: 85%
- from 5 days and in the case of no-show, 100% of the contract amount must be paid.
In addition, we will charge a fee of €10.00 for each cancellation.
The date of the postmark is decisive for adhering to these periods.
Mid and low season: additional fee of €10/per person/day
Tourist tax (adults): approx. €2 per night
