Cancellation policy

Cancellation of the contract must be made in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is authoritative. The cancellation costs are: • 20% to 42 days before arrival • 50% to 30 days before arrival • 90% to 14 days before arrival • then 100% of the rental price, if no replacement renter is found. If the renter is more than 14 days late with payment the landlord is authorized to cancel the contract immediately without reasons and to re-rent the property.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus "Mohnblume" verbracht. Da wir in der Vorsaison gereist sind, war es vor Ort wirklich sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Man konnte also herlich entspannen. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt - da hatten wir ein gutes und sicheres Gefühl, das alles klappt. Die Ausstattung ist gut und besonders die Küche ist wirklich komplett und auch modern ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz innerhalb der Anlage war sehr angenehm und zumindest für uns ist das ein durchaus relevanter Aspekt. Auch ansonsten entsprach alles der Beschreibung. Wir waren schon oft in Südfrankreich und auch an verschiedenen Orten, aber hier hat es uns doch ausnehmend gut gefallen - Wiederkehr nicht ausgeschlossen :-)

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der "Mohnblume" Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz, alles, was man braucht , ist vorhanden. Es liegt ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm, man hört nur die Möwen und das Rauschen der Blätter im Wind. Die Terrasse ist mit bequemen Liegen ausgestattet, ein Esstisch und vier Stühle sind auch vorhanden.Es gibt Sonnenschirme, aber auch natürlichen Schatten durch die Olivenbäume.
