Villa I Coralli, approximately 180 sqm in size, is ideal for those who love a completely undisturbed holiday in the midst of nature with direct sea access. The sloping, fully fenced property, which also has space for 2 covered parking spaces, is accessed from a relatively quiet road via stone steps leading down to the entrance at the back of the villa.
As you enter the holiday home, your gaze is immediately drawn to the large light blue window front, offering an unobstructed view of the sea. The living space of the holiday home, with its extraordinary architecture, is spacious and modernly furnished. Through the large arched window, you reach the well-equipped terrace, from which a narrow path leads to the sea.

The district of Seccione, where Villa I Coralli is located, is just 3km away from the port of Portoferraio. It boasts one of the small pebble beaches in the north of the island, characterized by steep, almost white rock formations. Portoferraio is a bustling port city that looks almost enchanting in the evening sun, with many restaurants, shops, and boutiques. The picturesque hilltop village of Capoliveri with its restaurants and cafes is about a 30-minute drive away.
