Cancellation policy
The landlords can charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees through IMM as authorized collection agents in the event of cancellation, taking into account saved expenses and the possibility of rebooking the holiday home. These flat-rate cancellation fees amount to:
a) For a cancellation up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price.
b) For a cancellation from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price.
c) For a cancellation from the 29th day up to the day before the start of occupancy, 90% of the total price.

Cancellation due to Corona
In the event that you are unable to start your trip due to an official travel ban for the Elba region, Tuscany, Italy, we offer you a free rebooking. Alternatively, we will refund the travel amount already paid - minus a small processing fee. We are happy to inform you about the necessary deadlines for this.
In general, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which also covers cancellation due to a required Corona quarantine. We are happy to take out this insurance for you.

Villetta Forno is located in the north of the island, west of Portoferraio. It is in the immediate vicinity of the famous beaches of Scaglieri and Biodola, where you can experience dreamy sunsets. Here you will also find restaurants and beach services. The beach of Forno is more intimate, situated in a small bay. The view of the sea and the beaches from the Villetta is exceptionally picturesque.
