Welcome to the “Holiday House at Schlosspark,” an ideal retreat for families or groups looking for a relaxing stay in Berlin. Spanning 180 m², the house offers modern comfort and space for up to 8 people.
Spacious Living and High-Quality Furnishings
The ground floor impresses with a spacious living room (30 m²), featuring a cozy seating area and a 75-inch Smart TV. The bay window with a dining area accommodates up to 8 people, perfect for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: induction cooktop, an oven at a convenient height, a fridge-freezer combination with 3 large freezer compartments, as well as a built-in washing machine and dishwasher, making cooking and household management easy and comfortable.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
On the ground floor, you’ll find a generous bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m) and a sliding door wardrobe. The ground-floor bathroom is equipped with high-quality sanitary fixtures from Villeroy & Boch and Grohe, featuring a shower, towel radiator, and a radio for added comfort.
Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: two with two single beds each and walk-in wardrobes, and the large master bedroom with another double bed and a very spacious wardrobe. The second bathroom on the upper floor impresses with a bathtub and shower.
Technical Equipment
The holiday house is equipped with state-of-the-art smart home technology: All rooms have satellite TV and Sonos sound systems. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. Electric shutters and insect protection screens provide added comfort and privacy.
Garden and Leisure
The large garden of the house invites you to relax and grill. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh air of the green district of Biesdorf. Nearby, you’ll find popular recreational destinations: the Berlin Zoo, the Gardens of the World with an exciting toboggan and cable car, the Schlosspark, just a short walk away, and the Biesdorf Lake, also easily accessible. These places offer unique experiences for the whole family and invite you to take long walks and explore.

There is so much to see in Berlin! Whether it’s the TV Tower, Friedrichstadtpalast, Museum Island, the Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz, the Gardens of the World, or shopping and strolling along Kurfürstendamm or in various shopping centers, such as the Eastgate, which is only 10 minutes away from the house.
The holiday house is located on a quiet side street in the green district of Biesdorf, just 3 minutes from the S-Bahn. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature without sacrificing quick access to downtown Berlin. In just 20 minutes, you can reach Alexanderplatz without changing trains, 30 minutes to Friedrichstraße, and 40 minutes to the Zoological Garden. Shopping facilities are nearby, and parking is available for free on the street.
Anreise mit Auto: nehmen Sie vom Berliner Stadtring die Abfahrt Hellersdorf und fahren die B1 stadteinwärts.
Nach Hoppegarten und Mahlsdorf erreichen Sie in ca.15 Min.Biesdorf.
Vorbei an BMW, Schlosspark verlassen Sie Alt Biesdorf/B1, biegen rechts in die Oberfeldstr.von dort die 2.Querstr. links rein

Wir erlauben unseren Gästen eine kostenfreie Stornierung bis 90 Tage vor Beginn der Mietzeit. Bei kurzfristiger Stornierung (90-61 Tage) berechnen wir 30% des vereinbarten Mietpreises, bei 60-31 Tage vor Mietbeginn werden 50% des Mietpreises fällig und bei Stornierung ab dem 30. Tag vor Mietbeginn 80% der Mietsumme. Eventuelle An- oder bereits komplett getätigte Mietpreiszahlungen werden unter Berücksichtigung der eben aufgeführten Stornogebühren innerhalb von 14 Tagen erstattet. Wir erlauben uns ebenfalls bis 1 Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit eine Kündigung auszusprechen, ohne nähere Angaben von Gründen. Bei Nichterscheinen bzw. Stornierung nach Reisebeginn oder vorzeitiger Abreise werden 100% des vereinbarten Mietpreises fällig. Es wird empfohlen, sich gegen das mit einem Rücktritt verbundene Kostenrisiko durch den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung abzusichern!
Zuzüglich Übernachtungssteuer in Höhe von 7,5% für Privat- u. Geschäftsreisen.
Ausnahmen beim Mindestaufenthalt nach Rücksprache (bspw. bei Monteuren) möglich.
