Cancellation policy
1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation charges apply:
In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger Lage, in einem von Bäumen umgebenen Areal zwischen Den Burg und Oudeschild. Das Haus ist seht hochwertig ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man sich für den Urlaub wünscht.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, jeweils mit Doppelbett und TV. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein großzügiger Wohn- und Essbereich mit Gästebad. Und im Untergeschoss befindet sich die Bibliothek mit einer weiteren Schlafcouch. Die Etagen sind durch eine Wendeltreppe verbunden. Diese eignet sich eher weniger für kleine Kinder.
Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Wlan, 3 TV´s, Gästehaus für die Bikes, ... das Haus ist wirklich toll ausgestattet.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten in Den Burg oder Oudeschild.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
