This beautiful place is very Covid safe. T he Mills and House are far apart. Outiside there is lots of space in the 4 ha. Both Allan and Margaret have had the Pfizer vaccins. Allan and I moved to la Couscouillette permanently in 1988. Our love of the Languedoc, and La Couscouillette in particular, made us take the plunge. At first Allan continued his work as a University Physics Professor, I am a Clinical Psychologist. We share the magic of La Couscouillette with our guests who adore the tranquility and beautiful views as well as our animals.
