The villa is located in Imperia-Oneglia, standing on the edge of a hill crest. „Le Cascine" is the name for the hills of the utterly classy and beautiful neighborhood. The lush garden smells of lavender and sage, depending on the season you can pick ripe lemons and oranges directly from the fruit trees. Imperia is located on the Italian Riviera between Nice and Genoa. The maritime alps protect the narrow coastal strip from cold northern winds and provide a delightfully moderate climate. Nice, Monaco and Genoa are all reachable within 1 hour. within app. 10 minutes by car you can reach Imperia as well as Diano Marina and its beautiful beaches. Imperia offers pretty much everything the heart desires. It consists of the two town parts Porto Maurizio and Oneglia. Both parts of town have their own character and offer many charming restaurants, yacht harbors and shopping opportunities.

Diese Villa ist wirklich sehr besonders. Wir (Ehepaar, Großeltern, 3 Kinder) sind nun schon zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen und können nur sagen, dass es wieder wunderschön war! Ob es der fantastische Ausblick auf die Bucht von Imperia ist, das geschmackvoll eingerichtet historische Haus, der Garten der zum Träumen einlädt, der Pool in dem v.a. die Kinder ihre große Freude hatten, die vielen netten Sitzgelegenheiten, das E Piano (welches ich gerne gespielt habe), die netten Vermieter und das hilfsbereite Hausmeisterehepaar und natürlich die wundervolle Umgebung an der italienischen Riviera...alles war einfach stimmig. Vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder:)

Ankommen und überwältigt sein vom Haus, der Lage, dem unfassbaren Blick auf die Küste, auf Imperia und die olivenbaumbedeckten Hügel. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt; die Einrichtung lässt viel Liebe und Stil erkennen. Die Terrassen, das große Grundstück und der Pool laden zum geselligen Beisammensein ein - jeder findet aber auch einen Platz zum Chillen. Kurzum, ob Paar, Großfamilie, zwei Familien oder Freunde : das Objekt ist einfach toll. Ein Übriges tun die wunderschöne Umgebung, die Strände in Diano Marina und nicht zuletzt die ligurische Gastronomie. Mediterrane Ferien in einer Villa, die mindestens so schön ist, wie auf den Bildern. Ein Sehnsuchtsort zum Wiederkommen!
