Cancellation policy:
Conditions pursuant to article 1382 of the Civil Code
There is no right of cancellation in terms of the Italian consumer protection code.
However, we will give you a right to cancel under the following cancellation conditions under artilce 1382 of the Civil Code:
- If a deposit is paid (for bookings made a long time in advance), this will be retained.
- Cancellation up to 120 days before arrival is free, there is only a processing fee in the amount of 50.00.
- Cancellations after this period to 30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the entire rental price.
- For cancellation up to 29 days before arrival, 90% of the rental fee will be charged.
- If you leave early, the entire rental price will be charged.
- We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Eine Woche durften wir ( 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 8 und 5 Jahren) zu Gast in diesem wunderschönen und liebevoll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sein. Offene Fragen wurden uns im Vorfeld unserer Reise schnell von unseren Gastgebern beantwortet. Wir wurden am Anreisetag sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns gleich wohl. Der Hof mit seinem Ausblick und die Umgebung sind traumhaft. Die Lage des Hofes ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für kürzere oder längere Tagesausflüge. Die Kinder konnten sich auf dem Spielplatz austoben oder die Hasen und Ziegen besuchen. Man kann auch nur die Landschaft von der Terrasse genießen. Den täglichen Brötchenservice mit frischen Eiern und leckerem Apfelsaft haben wir sehr gerne und dankend in Anspruch genommen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. DANKE, liebe Familie Kaufmann!

Mit unseren Kindern und zwei Enkeltöchtern (5+7 Jahre) haben wir mit 8 Personen eine Woche in diesem einzigartigen alten Bauernhaus den Urlaub genossen. Die gesamte Ausstattung und liebevolle Einrichtung lässt keine
Wünsche offen. Die Lage und der Blick ins Tal sind einfach nicht zu überbieten!
