Cancellation policy
A cancellation is possible at any time before the start of the rental period. It must always be made in writing (by registered mail).
The decisive factor for the cancellation date is the receipt of the cancellation notice by us.
Cancellation notices are accepted by the holiday home agent on behalf of the homeowner.
Depending on the time of the cancellation notice, the following flat-rate cancellation fees will be charged to the tenant:
Up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 25% of the total price. 89 to 75 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the total price.
74 to 45 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the total price. 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the total price.
If a cancellation is made later than 30 days before the start of the rental, 90% of the total price is payable unless the rental property can be re-let for the same period at the same price. In this case, only the amount of 10% of the total price is due, unless the tenant provides a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the stated conditions.
If changes regarding the rental property or rental period are made after booking, we are entitled to charge a processing fee of 60 euros. Unfortunately, rebooking for the following season is not possible.

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach zauberhaft, man vergißt die Zeit in diesem alten Gemäuer, das aber dennoch allen modernen Komfort aufweist. Alle Räume sind äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Das Wohnzimmer besticht durch den großen Kamin, die gemütlichen Sofas und den großen Esstisch.
Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und wunderschön, die Betten sind bequem.
Der Garten mit dem Bach, dem Teich und dem Pferd auf der Weide: wie im Märchen! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.
Wir würden sofort wieder dorthin fahren.
Unser besonderer Dank gilt Mme. Personnaz, die sich viel Zeit genommen hat (sogar am Wochenende!) und alles sehr kurzfristig organisieren konnte. Wir haben zum ersten Mal, aber sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal über Vacances Parveau gebucht.

Sehr geehrte Frau Personnaz,
zunächst herzlichen Dank für die gewohnte reibungslose Abwicklung und der umfangreichen Informationen. Es war inzwischen der 11. Urlaub über Ihre Agentur. Trotz geringen Französischkenntnisse hat alles gut geklappt.
Wir wurden mit Bretagne-typischem Kuchen und Cidre empfangen, eine schöne blühende Orchidee stand auf dem Esstisch. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Wir empfanden es als besonders angenehm, dass die Betten bereits bezogen waren. Naturliebhaber werden werden dieses Haus lieben. Viel Grün, große Hortensienbüsche,Kamelien.
Leider war es in diesem Jahr in der 1. Junihälfte recht kühl, so dass man heizen musste. Da mussten am Abend schon mal eine Wolldecke und ein heißer Tee oder Whisky helfen.
