Holiday destination
Central location in a perfectly developed holiday area, perfect for winter and summer activities. Bus stop within walking distance, bus is free in the Kleinwalsertal, centre of Riezlern with shopping and restaurants 10 minutes away on foot. On the website of the Kleinwalsertal or in the tourist information office you have access to many offers to make your holiday more diverse. So you can achieve the optimal balance between action and relaxation.
Getting there
By car: via the B12 to Oberstdorf im Allgäu and further to the Kleinwalsertal. Right before you reach 'Walserstraße 5' (Berchtold Installationen) in A-6991 Riezlern, make a left onto the one-lane road and drive up the hill (approx. 100m). Drive into the driveway of the first house on the right side (Wasserstrasse 5d). Villa Vertikal is the second house on house on the right. You can park right in front of the house (2 parking spaces). In the winter you may need snow chains. By train: nearest train station Oberstdorf im Allgäu, from there with bus number 1 to the Kleinwalsertal (bus stop Unterstwegg or Ausserriezlern). By plane: The nearest airport is in Memmingen (approx. 90 km), alternatively Friedrichshafen, Stuttgart or Munich.

Sehr moderenes und gut gepflegte Unterkunft mit luxuriöser und gleichzeitig gemütlicher Einrichtung. Alles da was man für ein entspanntes Wochenende braucht. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge und Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Definitiv zu empfehlen.
