Guests may withdraw from the rental agreement.
The cancellation must be made in writing and is effective from the day it is received in writing by the host.
In the event of cancellation, the guest must pay the following compensation to the host:
up to 42 days before arrival: 30% of the total rental price
up to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental price
up to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total rental price
up to 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total rental price

If your GPS device does not find Rehbergort, please do not be surprised, this place is still an insider tip.
Rehbergort is about 2 km north of Dranske, about 200m from the Baltic Sea coast, halfway between Hiddensee and Cape Arkona.
It can be reached via the Wittow ferry or via Glowe along the beautiful Schaabe.
About 1 km before Dranske turn right for Dranske Hof, follow the road to the T-junction, then turn left and drive until the end.

Host informationDear guests, in 2012 we were two families (André and Katrin Köckritz + Dirk and Annett Petasch) who had been friends for a very long time and who had the common idea to own a holiday home in beautiful, quiet Rehbergort. This idea became reality, and meanwhile our guests as well as we and our children are enjoying this very nice holiday home: Ostseebrandung.
