Cancellation Policies
From 6 to 3 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged
From 3 to 1 week before arrival, 80% of the total price will be charged
From 1 week until arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged
Waiver of Cancellation Fees
If we are able to re-rent the holiday apartment in the event of a cancellation, which is our primary goal, all cancellation fees will naturally be waived. If we are not successful, the date of receipt of the cancellation will determine the amount of the cancellation fee. In case of later arrival or early departure, the agreed total price for the booked period will be charged.

Getting there
From the North: By car from Brenner via the A22 to Bolzano, continue on the expressway MeBo (SS38), take the exit Meran Süd (Lana Nord). Turn left towards Lana on Max-Valier-Straße until you reach Ultner Straße towards Ultental and follow it for 2 km until you see Greiterhof on the right side (wooden sign).
From the West: By car from Reschen Pass through Vinschgau, at Meran take the expressway MeBo (SS38), take the exit at Meran Süd (Lana Nord). Turn right towards Lana on Max-Valier-Straße until you reach Ultner Straße and follow it until you see Greiterhof on the right side.
From the South: On the A22 to Bolzano, continue on the expressway MeBo (SS38) towards Meran, take the exit at Meran Süd (Lana Nord). Turn left towards Lana on Max-Valier-Straße until you reach Ultner Straße and follow it for exactly 2 km until you see Greiterhof on the right side.
