Pukavik is a very pleasant place to spend your holiday; here you will be close to fine beaches, good fishing opportunities and access to a boat. The pleasant patio is a lovely place to relax or cook dinner on the grill, with a beer in your hand or a glass of wine. Bright and pleasant living room. There are plenty of excursion opportunities in this area; you can take a trip to Mörrum where you can visit the famous “the house of salmon” located next to the river Mörrumsån. Here you will also find the best fishing water in the whole Blekinge, maybe even in whole Sweden. In other directions you can go and visit the beautiful communities of Nogersund, Hällevik and Sandviken, with all their fine beaches. If you travel to Karlshamn you can enjoy yourselves with a day of shopping or visit Kreativum which is a place where you can try experiment, construct and discover. In Pukavik there are plenty of berries and orchards. The boat is available during the summer or eventually earlier according to an agreement with the owner.

Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
