This charming holiday home is set 30 metres from lake Bullaresjön, right next to the Norwegian border. Set in a stunning landscape, with lakes, woodlands, and fields, this is a perfect holiday home for nature lovers! The kitchen is spacious and contains the necessities, such as an electric cooker, a fridge-freezer, and a microwave oven. The living room contains a TV, an extra bed , and free wireless internet access. The bedroom features two beds and a bunk bed for two people. Altogether the cottage sleeps five people. You will find the bathroom in the basement, it features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. The owner of the cottage is the nearest neighbour. There are excellent fishing possibilities in the area, especially for bass and pike. Don't forget to buy a fishing license! The chances of spotting elk and deer in the area are good.Visit Älgafallet, a beautiful waterfall, 46 metres high! Above the waterfall there's a stream which is the border between Sweden and Norway. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
