Cancellation policy
Cancellation:

The guest is obligated to pay the agreed price in case of non-use of the contractual services, less the expenses saved to the landlord.
Cancellation fees for cancellation:
- 0%: up to 30 days before arrival,
- 30%: 29 to 25 days before arrival,
- 50%: 24 to 10 days before arrival,
- 80%: 9 to 5 days before arrival,
- 100%: less than 5 days before arrival.
Resignation:
The conclusion of a separate travel cancellation insurance is recommended to the tenants.
Replacement:
If you can arrange a tenant to take over your booking in good time, no fees will be charged.

Entspannter Urlaub in einer ruhigen gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Wer Entschleunigung vom Alltag sucht ist hier genau richtig. Mir hat es gut gefallen und komme gerne wieder!

Diese Weihnachtstage waren ein Traum. Im Bräter wurde Rehrücken zubereitet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts in diesem Haus. Kitesurfer auf der Elbe zusehen, eine Sturmflut erleben und die tolle Saunalandschaft im Solebad nutzen. Haus Brausewind ist wirklich zu jeder Jahreszeit eine Empfehlung. Auch unsere erwachsenen Kinder haben die Tage genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
