Cancellation policy
We ask for a deposit of 20% at the time of contract conclusion and the balance payment 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental, we charge 20% of the rental price, for cancellation up to 3 weeks 50% of the rent, and for short-term cancellation 80%.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located at the end of a private road in an absolutely quiet position above the lake.
The breathtaking view over Lake Maggiore is colorful and relaxing in every season.
The holiday house, situated on the southern slope, offers relaxation in the garden, swimming pleasure in the lake, or walks in the forests. The small shops, cafes, restaurants, and the bathing beach by the lake can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Excursions in the surrounding area allow visitors to discover the beauty of Northern Italy.
Getting there
Drive along the Piedmont lakeside road (Locarno, Brissago, Cannobio) to Cannero, then turn right towards Trarego - Viggiona. Turn left onto Via Privata Ferrari, continue straight up the hill, on the 3rd bend turn left onto the unpaved path, the 2nd house on the left.

Wir waren bereits zum 4. Mal dort und sicher war es auch nicht das letzte Mal.
Es ist ein tolles Ferienhaus mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick über den Lago Maggiore. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, nahezu immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das ist wirklich toll und sehr besonders.
Die Anreise über die enge Bergstraße ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber gut zu bewältigen, wenn man darauf eingestellt ist.
Wir hatten auch in diesem Jahr einen wunderschönen Urlaub am Lago Maggiore! Von Herzen DANKE!!

Wir waren für eine Woche Gäste in der "Casa di Carlo" und merkten gleich bei Ankunft die familiäre Wärme dieses Hauses. Es hält alles (und mehr) was die Beschreibung verspricht. Eine rundum komplett ausgestattete Ferienunterkunft mit "spannender", aber machbarer Anfahrt, für die man mit einem phantastischen Blick über den Lago Maggiore belohnt wird. Dank der herzlichen Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin blieben keine Fragen offen. Die zahlreichen Tipps waren sehr hilfreich. Wir empfehlen das Ristorante Usignolo mit einer tollen Karte zu mehr als fairen Preisen inkl. toller Aussicht. Die gibt es aber mindestens genauso schön vom (großen!) Balkon, gepaart mit absoluter Ruhe. Herzlichen Dank, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften! Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
