Das Haus hat viel Potenzial, ist aber in seinem jetzigen Zustand für eine Vermietung eigentlich minderwertig. Die Instandhaltung des Innenbereichs, des Gartens und der Innenräume bedarf dringend einer Modernisierung. Die Gegend bietet einen Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe und ist ruhig. Es gibt kaum Einrichtungen im Park.
