Das Haus war extrem schmutzig und viele Dinge funktionierten nicht, wie Dunstabzugshaube, Lampe, keine Batterien in Rauchmeldern und so weiter. Es gab auch ein Wespennest in der Nähe der Außentür und im Sandkasten neben dem Haus wuchs ziemlich viel Unkraut.
Nach der Meldung kam ein Herr vom Service und brachte zwar einen Rauchmelder mit, aber es wurde nichts dagegen unternommen, weil die Eigentümer schuld waren.
