Holiday cottage located in an open, hilly dune plot in the scenic surroundings of the attractive Tornby Strand. With its many m2 and the good use of space, the house seems very spacious. It has a kitchen/living room in open concept, three bedrooms all with direct access to the terrace, mezzanine with two beds and a TV and DVD player. For the children there is a PlayStation3 and table football. Bathroom with swhirlpool. There are covered and open terrace. The house is highly insulated and equipped with wood-burning stove and air-to-air heat pump, which reduces energy costs to a minimum. The decor is light Danish cottage style. Furnishing is modern and tasteful and aligned with the decoration. Because of the large windows, the light can shine freely into the house, so that a stay here at any time of the year is pleasant. Owner has with a sure hand and an eye for quality and functionality achieved a very pleasing whole and a very attractive house. The plot is an open dune plot perfect for outdoor activities such as sunbathing, playing with the kids or having fun around the grill in the evenings. Free admitrance to water park.

Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
