Bungalows La Perla di Sicilia
The small park complex "La Perla di Sicilia", on which a total of 9 bungalows are located, lies quietly and centrally, directly on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Sicily.
The sandy bay is surrounded by beautiful dunes and the sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea, invites young and old to enjoy a wonderful swim. The centre of Marina di Modica with restaurants, bars and gelaterias is only a few minutes' walk away.
The detached bungalows in the park are surrounded by flowering oleander bushes, lemon, orange and fig trees as well as beautiful large and small palm trees.
The holiday homes are approx. 55-60 sqm in size and are simply furnished as well as functionally equipped. They have two separate bedrooms, a living/dining room with kitchen (in which there is a sofa bed), shower/WC, TV-Sat, W-Lan and air conditioning (in the dining area, for a fee) as well as a large terrace.
The detached bungalows in the park are surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation such as palms, oleander, hibiscus, eucalyptus trees, and much more (see sample photos on the internet presentation).
A newly built playground and a table tennis table provide fun for the children.
The car can be parked outside directly next to the park on a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac or a private parking space in the garden (outside).

In the main months of July and August, when the locals are on holiday, the otherwise quiet seaside resort comes to life. Then, due to the central location of our small bungalow park directly on the sandy beach and in the centre of the seaside resort, it can get a little noisy during the day but also occasionally at night. In spring, autumn and winter, however, it is quiet and idyllic around the park.

Surfing and paragliding in the large bay is possible, but you have to bring your own equipment.

Syracuse, Agrigento, Palermo, Cava d`Ispica and Cava Grande nature reserves, Vendicari bird sanctuary, Ragusa, Modica, Noto, Scicli, Taormina and of course Etna.
Marina di Modica is located directly on the sea, between Sampieri and Pozzallo, at the southern tip of Sicily, far from the tourist centres. The sandy beach of the village is surrounded by dunes and is one of the most beautiful stretches of coast on the island. The sandy beach slopes gently into the sea and is ideal for all age groups. Along the seafront, there is a beautiful promenade surrounded by a park in southern Italian style, where a market is held at weekends.
In July and August, when the locals are on holiday, the otherwise quiet seaside resort comes alive with live music, theatre performances and beach bars around the centrally located Bungalow Park for entertainment late into the night.
In winter, warm, spring-like temperatures invite you to spend the winter in Sicily.

BY PLANE:
To Catania + 120 km to Marina di Modica To Palermo + 280 km to Marina di Modica It is advisable to book a rental car in your country. The bus trip from the airport in Catania to Modica takes about 2 hours and costs app. 6 Euro. Palermo - Modica or Pozzallo takes about 4 hours and costs about 10 Euro.
