This quality holiday cottage is located on a large natural plot, adjoining a protected area in scenic Blåvand. It is furnished in light colours and with a functional open plan kitchen in connection to the dining and living room area, where there is a wood burning stove. The swimming pool room is provided with a 21 m² swimming pool, a spa massage bath and a sauna, excellent for unwinding and relaxing in warmth after a refreshing swim. The garden has a swing and a sandpit for the children. Overall this is comfortable and pleasant house, which would suit two families sharing. Blåvand is, with its sandy beaches, moor and forest, a very scenic part of Denmark, definitely worth exploring by foot or by bicycle. View the sunset at Blåvandshuk, the western most point of Denmark and go to one of the many cafés nearby. Activities in the area include golf, tennis, squash, bowling or beach volley. Final cleaning can be ordered at the local office.

Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
