Cancellation policy
If the renter cancels the contract after receipt of the deposit, we charge
one processing fee of 50.00 Euro.
If the cancellation is made later than 60 days before arrival, the entire rental price must be paid. If renting the property in whole or in part is possible, the cancellation fee will be reduced by the amount otherwise obtained. The renter is entitled to provide us with a new renter under comparable terms. We recommend trip cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Prerow is a wonderful, small fishing village, where you can reach everything on foot.
From our house it's a 10 minute walk to the fine sandy beach, 5 minutes to the harbour, 5 minutes to the supermarket and nice restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours.
The house is quietly located on a side street and enjoys a wonderful, unobstructed view of the greenery, unique in Prerow.
Getting there
By car
From Berlin:
Take the A20 to Stralsund and cross the bridge beyond Barth on the Darss, past Zingst - and you're in Prerow. The holiday home can be reached by turning right just past the harbour.
Travel time: about 3 hours.
Alternative route: via the A21/Rostock, ramp for Darss via Dierhagen, Wustrow, Ahrenshoop.
From Hamburg:
Take the A20, past Wismar and Rostock.
At Ribnitz-Damgarten, take the B105 through Dierhagen, Wustrow, Ahrenshoop on the Darss. After that, pass the fishing villages of Born and Wieck and you'll reach Prerow.
The holiday home can be reached by taking the first entrance to Prerow and immediately turning left onto the first street.
Travel time: about 2.5 hours.
By train:
From almost all major cities, trains run twice a day to Ribnitz-Damgarten West.
From there, a bus goes to Prerow several times a day, stopping at Langen Strasse.

Wir reisen mittlerweile seit 25 Jahren nach Prerow. Diese Unterkunft ist die schönste Ferienunterkunft überhaupt. Wir sind begeistert und haben sofort unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Schatzinsel gebucht. Ist uns auf dem Darß noch nie passiert! Das Haus ist unfassbar stilvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns noch nie so wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und die komplette Abwicklung total unkompliziert. On Top ein tolles Gastgeschenk. Vielen Dank dafür und bis bald.
