Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 60% cancellation fee from the reservation deposit. Cancellations that are made within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Holiday destination
There is a spacious poolside with a private swimming pool and an outside shower. In the same yard with a beautiful sea view, is a newly built jacuzzi with hydromassage. Completely free parking place for 5 cars is provided in front of the villa. A great place for a BBQ and socializing with your family and friends is provided in the outside grill area. It has a seating place for 10-12 people. In the front yard is kids playground and a trampoline.

You can arrive by plane, car or boat. Airport distance is 35 km from the property. We can arrange the transportation upon your request.

Wir haben das Haus Petrina mit 13 Personen gebucht und es war genügend Platz für alle da. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool hat eine tolle Größe.
Strand, Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen (ca 200m).
Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr steil, aber wenn man ihn ein paar mal gefahren/gelaufen ist, gewöhnt man sich daran :)
Mario und Tatjana - die Vermieter - sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns eine private Boots-Tour für einen ganzen Tag zu einem spitzen Preis organisiert und waren auch sonst immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn es fragen gab.
Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag unsererseits wäre, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern anzubringen, um die Mücken fernzuhalten.
Alles in allem war der Urlaub jedoch traumhaft und wir können das Haus Petrina nur jedem weiterempfehlen.

Wir (11 Personen) hatten hier eine tolle Woche, dass Haus hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Alles sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Sommerküche wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Die Anfahrt (sehr steiler Berg) war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dafür hatten wir aber einen fantastischen Blick über Dugi Rat. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und immer ansprechbar, helfen bei allem und geben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
