Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. For cancellations up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not used, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list.

Holiday destination
Casa Nicoletta is surrounded by a loose chestnut forest. Thanks to its sunny hillside location, it offers a wonderful view and plenty of sunshine. The holiday home is a 10-minute drive from the town of Pianello del Lario, situated above Lake Como. The holiday home can be reached via a good forest road, which is not suitable for vehicles with low clearance. The district of Bolee has a few houses scattered across the slope at intervals.
Getting there
A car is required. The forest road is not suitable for lowered vehicles.

Was für ein ruhiger Rückzugsort!
Liebevoll eingerichtet.
Es fehlt an nix.
Wenn es Abends kühl wurde,haben wir den Kamin angemacht.
Brennholz in Massen vorhanden.
Wenn es Fragen gab,hat uns der Vermieter per WhatsApp in kurzer Zeit geholfen.
Eine herrliche Aussicht auf den See,wenn auch etwas abseits gelegen.
Man benötigt ca 15min.mit dem Auto zur Unterkunft.
Die Straße ist gut befahrbar.
Abschließend:Wer Trubel und Party sucht,ist hier falsch!
Hier ist Ruhe und Entspannung angesagt.

Eine fantastische Aussicht. Das Haus war total sauber und ist nett eingerichtet. Leider ohne Heizung(außer im Bad), so dass es aufgrund des schlechten Wetters, recht nass-kalt war. Den Kamin kann man halt nicht 24/7 befeuern. Ein Radiator wäre gut. Die Straße ist wirklich heftig.. Aber insgesamt können wir das Haus und die netten unkomplizierten Vermieter sehr empfehlen. Es sind schöne Wanderungen, auch zum See, möglich.
