100% of the total price if cancellation occurs on the day of arrival or later, or in case of no-show

Holiday destination
Just 250 meters across the dunes and you'll find yourself on the North Sea beach. There's a year-round open restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy a cozy meal and drink. This is the perfect spot to watch and savor the beautiful sunset. The child-friendly holiday park also boasts a large playground, mini-golf, tennis courts, trampolines, a petting zoo, and a lake with a play island. The golf course and the (subtropical) indoor swimming pool are within walking distance. Julianadorp is about 2.5 kilometers away, offering a shopping center and several restaurants. The ferry terminal to Texel is just a 15-minute drive away.
Getting there
You can reach us by car (Amsterdam-A9 Alkmaar-N9 Den Helder) or by train to Den Helder station (about 8km away).
For a long journey, you can also land at Amsterdam Airport (Schiphol), which is about 80km away.

Wir waren über Ostern eine Woche im Appartement. Es ist ganz toll eingerichtet, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist hervorragend. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich, alle Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet. Die Verwalterin war auch sehr nett.
Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Türe und auch ein Aufzug ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig, also man hört seine Nachbarn kaum bis gar nicht.
Auf der Schlafzimmerseite grenzt ein Campingplatz an, bei geöffnetem Fenster kann es abends bzw. nachts schon mal etwas lauter sein.
Die Umgebung von Julianadorp ist wunderschön. Am Strand, der fußläufig erreichbar ist, war es ganz wunderbar. Unser Hund hatte seine helle Freude.
Die Wohnung ist auf alle Fälle weiterzuempfehlen.
Wir hatten einen prima Urlaub.

Unser Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Service war super. Die Umgebung war auch sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand. Mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch. Sehr zu empfehlen ein Ausflug nach Alkmaar. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Grebe hat super geklappt und war sehr freundlich
